Molly P. Zhang (aka Peifang Zhang)
Board Chair

Ms. Zhang has served as Board Chair and Director of Namib Minerals since June 2025. She has over 30 years of international business experience in chemical, industrial and mining industries. Ms. Zhang currently also serves as Director at Gates Industrial Corporation and is a member of the advisory board of the Circular Innovation Fund. Ms. Zhang previously held directorships in multiple public companies: Arch Resources, Cooper Standard Holding, GEA Group and Newmont Corporation etc. Prior to her board service, Ms. Zhang held senior executive roles in the chemical and mining services industries. She spent over two decades at Dow Inc. and served as Managing Director at SCG-Dow Group, Global Business Vice President for Technology Licensing and Catalyst business and Manufacturing Leader for Asia Pacific etc. She later joined Orica, where she served as Global Manufacturing Executive for Mining Systems and Vice President for Asset Management, overseeing operations in more than twenty countries.

Ms. Zhang holds a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Clausthal in Germany.

Dennis Johnson
Director

Mr. Johnson has served as a Director of Namib Minerals since June 2025. He has over 40 years of experience as a finance and investment executive with a background in senior leadership and board roles across global institutions. His previous positions include Managing Director at Citigroup, Head of Global Corporate Governance at California Public Employees’ Retirement System, and Chief Investment Officer at TIAA. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer at the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and has held board roles at Texas Industries, EasyKnock, and Glass Lewis & Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson also served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve receiving an honorable discharge.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and a masters in finance from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Sphesihle Mchunu
General Counsel and Director

Mr. Mchunu serves as a Director and the General Counsel of Namib Minerals since June 2025. He has over a decade experience with a focus on energy, infrastructure, and mining. He joined Namib Minerals, Greenstone, and its predecessor companies as General Counsel in 2020. Mr. Mchunu is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, corporate finance and corporate governance matters. He previously worked as an associate and senior associate at several leading South African law firms, including Hogan Lovells. Mr. Mchunu is also a Director of Standard Telecom Congo, a private company.

Mr. Mchunu holds a Master of Laws from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Johannesburg.

Tito Martins
Director

Mr. Martins has served as a Director of Namib Minerals since June 2025. He has over 35 years of executive experience in the metals, mining, logistics, and energy sectors. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Nexa Resources, where he led the company’s IPO on the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges. Earlier in his career, he was Executive Vice President for Base Metals at Vale S.A., based in Canada, and Chief Executive Officer of Caemi S.A. Mr. Martins has held board roles at Cia Brasileira de Alumínio, Nexa Peru and Nexa Resources Atacocha S.A.A, and Norsk Hydro, and served as Chairman of the Brazilian Aluminum Association.

Mr. Martins holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and an MBA from the IEAD Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is a Certified Director with the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Tulani Sikwila
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Sikwila serves as a Chief Executive Officer of Namib Minerals. He has over 20 years of operational, accounting and finance expertise and has been with Namib Minerals, Greenstone, and its predecessor companies for over 19 years, holding various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Sikwila is responsible for investment management, corporate finance, tax, and compliance functions, and has played a key role in financial planning, capital structure optimization, and risk management. He previously worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Zimbabwe.

Mr. Sikwila is a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales and holds an Executive Master of Science in Finance from HEC Paris.
